For example, "Your work performance is outstanding." If you were being told to rephrase this sentence, I bet everyone would rephrase it in a positive manner, like, "You have done an amazing performance." when the truth is that the word 'outstanding' means that the work done was so bad that it is noticed by every single person around you. 

If you would check the dictionary, outstanding has several different meanings to it. Sure, one of them is 'exceptionally good', but the other meaning to it is 'clearly noticeable'. 

That clears all your doubts, doesn't it?

Why is this song special.. Not just the melody, but also the lyrics that managed to intrigue me. I'm an 'easy to please' kind of girl *laughs silently*.. But that's not the point. I just love this song. *input smiley face*
